LAO PDR_ANANTARA LUANG PRABANG

Situated on a bend in the Mekong River downstream from the World Heritage Listed ancient capital of Laos, the Anantara Luang Prabang takes its design cues from the blending of Lao traditional and French colonial architecture which makes its setting unique. The design respects the essence of the operator’s branding which requires a product which is “indigenously rooted in its resort destination” and is “colored by its geographic region” by using traditional materials and forms to create an architectural language consistent with the site’s cultural and geographic context.

Strictly controlled by UNESCO, TBP has provided both master planning and developed architectural design services for the project and will continue to provide monitoring and review services throughout the construction phase.
successive years at the Thai Property Awards – 2007 and 2008.
