ZUELLIG HOUSE

The Zuellig House development involved the complete refurbishment of a 1970’s designed 10 storey office building to provide a contemporarily designed high grade office facility with a retail component at ground level. The buildings location near the intersection of Silom road and Rama 4 in close proximity to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT Underground stations gives the building high visibility and ready accessibility. Views to the north over Lumpini Park provide added value.

The Beaumont Partnership initially prepared an audit of the building prior to preparing a renovation concept proposal in a design response which addressed every aspect of the building including commercial feasibility studies and aesthetic design.

The refurbished building has a totally new façade and building services together with an upgrading of Fire & Life Safety systems which were a critical component the client brief.
